About Us

Cavallaro's Sweet Indulgence Pty Ltd was established in 1981 by Sam Cavallaro, who saw the need for a quality Continental & Italian Patisserie in the Liverpool area of South-Western Sydney.

Cavallaro’s has been based in Liverpool for 27 years, with the head office and kitchen operating at 253 Macquarie Street for the past 11 years (1997). 

Sam’s long awaited dream of opening another Cavallaro store came true in July 2006 with the grand opening of his first Paticceria Cavallaro Store at Westfield, Liverpool. 

With the success of the Westfield Store in Liverpool, Sam continued his dream with the grand opening of the second Pasticceria Cavallaro Store in June 2008 at Westfield Miranda. 

Cavallaro’s kitchen has an outstanding team led by Scott Kell who is renowned for producing an exceptional line of quality products.

Scott uses only the finest ingredients and mixing them with classic Italian and contemporary ideas he has created a signature selection that is unique to Cavallaro’s.

Cavallaro’s specialise in the production, presentation and sale of Quality Cakes, Pastries, Gourmet Pies, Special Occasion and Wedding Cakes to both the retail and wholesale sectors of the market. All our Quality Products are manufactured in our modern premises using only the finest ingredients. Passion, pride, a little taste of Italy and commitment are just a few of the ingredients that our team inject into their unique creations. 

Our customers take time to relax and enjoy our beautiful Cakes, Gourmet Pies, Arancini and Italian style Coffee in our Cafe. Some take time to browse our Cake Showroom where we have many albums and creative designs on display. 

Delivery is not a problem for your order. Our delivery team member and his fully insulated and refrigerated vehicle are always willing to help. Please note a delivery fee may apply.

Our customers include retail sales, sporting and licensed clubs, reception centres, cafes, caterers and restaurants. If you need further convincing, just contact us and we will refer you to any of our clientele for a testimonial.
